Lloyd Blankfein on the Charlie Rose show. He says some really interesting things including claiming he actually supports many of the reforms that his firm has been accused of lobbying against.
They have played a lot of clips on the radio too (if you don't have an hour). I'm not quite sure if he really supports reform, but he certaintly says that he does. He even made a statement that not having reform is what caused this mess and he would like to prevent it from happening again in the future.
To me, this is just political posturing. Similar to candidates running for office. Generally claim you support something popular (reform), look good, and then actually make sure it doesn't happen. All the reforms we've talked about in class would most certainly hurt Goldman in the short run.
