Just wanted to share this article with you that I thought was interesting. It goes through the careful preparation that will happen before the Fed's first official press conference.
Isn't it interesting that there is so much power in people's words? And that the outcome to this conference can affect us so much?

The article is behind a "paywall", but I very much agree with what I read from the free preview. I agree with you Jennifer, it is interesting that there is so much power in people's words. As the article mentioned, the policy announcements by the Fed have reverberating effects for the Financial markets of the US (and probably others). Interestingly, Chris and I (along with a few other members of the Investment Club) are going to Chicago next week to see Ben Bernanke speak at the Chicago Fed's Banking Conference. It will be very interesting to see what he has to say...
